Benediction Coding Party #6
This year’s event will be a bit special! Indeed, a happy occasion is due to take place a few days before this Benediction Coding Party #6: the next generation of CPC demomakers is arriving home!
The question of how to organise this event has therefore been a long-standing one, punctuated by the various uncertainties that an impending birth can bring. But, having received double reassurance – from the mum-to-be and the many sceners who naturally offered their help – this 6th edition will definitely go ahead, and I have no doubt that the usual creativity and passionate discussions will be very much in evidence! Thank you!
Benediction Coding Party is an Amstrad demoparty organized by Eliot / Benediction and takes place from October 29th to November 1st 2026 in Lengronne (50450), France. Meet CPC enthusiasts in a convivial atmosphere and share knowledge with them.
An invitro is coming soon... You can also have a look at last year's photos on Memory Full, or download the releases!
Location
We are continuing our tour of Normandy as this year, we are moving to Lengronne! The party will take place in the middle of the beautiful Normandy countryside, with just cows and us. The perfect surroundings for optimising your code and meet your friends! The party place is a few kilometers from Granville and its seaside resort, which is definitely worth a visit!
The building will provide a main hall for up to 40 people. The doors will open on Thursday at 10:00 until Sunday at 18:00.
There will be a small area to sleep in the hall (don't forget your sleeping bag and your mattress). Toilets and sinks will be available on site. But as we are getting older, you will probably prefer to spend the night in a gîte rural or an hotel. That’s perfect, as there are several of them in the area! We particularly recommend Hotel de la Gare in Gavray, which isn’t far from the party place.
Travel by car
The party will be held at Salle des Fêtes, 2 impasse des Quatre Chemins, 50450 Lengronne, France (Google Maps). You can easily reach the party place by taking the A84 motorway.
Travel by train
There are 2 possibilities: you can arrive in Villedieu-Les-Poêles or Folligny (on the line Paris / Granville). The organizing team can pick you up at the railway station. The two stations are at a 15 minute drive to the party place.
Entrance fee
The entrance fee is 16 euros per day (10 euros on Sunday), including drinks and food.
If you are interested by having a look and spend a few hours over a coffee (peated whisky courtesy of Cracky, hop infusion courtesy of Prodatron) with passionate people, the fee is 3 euros.
